It was not by accident that my husband, my daughter, and I stay glued on the television screen yesterday. I've scheduled April 29, 2011 since the Royal Wedding was made official. So it was only natural that I prepare the snacks we were gonna munch on.
And since this is primarily a food blog, let me share with you our new favorite find. I saw this item for the first time when SnR store opened in Cebu. I was decided to buy a bag of chips but was undecided on which one. And frankly a little hesitant to pay P100+ for a single bag of chips! But as I saw the display, one particularly combination caught my mine. My friend had mentioned it in facebook and I was curious.And that is how my love affair with Red Rock Deli Potato Chips: Sweet Chili and Sour Cream started. I've also come to notice it in other stores (like Gaisano Country Mall and Banilad Town Center), not knowing if it was there all along.
But I wasn't the only one who fell in love with this either; MR did as well! We both love the combination of sweet chili and sour cream together. We love spicy food and this has a nice little kick.
So with 2 bags of Sweet Chili and Sour Cream Red Rock Deli Potato Chips and cola drinks, we were good to watch the Royal Wedding. And before we knew otherwise, we were running out of chips before the wedding ceremony had ended. Bummer!
