Dinner @ Sbarro, Ayala Center Cebu

We had already made plans of eating at Sbarro tonight. So after the movie was finished, we just knew where we were having dinner. It's been a long time since we've had a meal at Sbarro and I wanted to see what they were up to.

The thing about Sbarro is that it always smells so good every time we pass by. The scent of garlic bread baking can be very tempting! Their prices not so. Well, I used to think that it was worth it, but I find that Sbarro has gone downhill as evidenced by the last time we had a meal there. I wanted to see if this time was any different.

Turns out, it hasn't changed so much. We had the misfortune of dealing with someone who looked at me blankly while I was giving my orders. I had to double-check myself if I was speaking in French as the attendant was not getting me at all. I had to repeat myself twice! And she missed out Dad's pizza. Tsk2x.

Food looks good, I gotta admit. Would have been better if it was served hot! 

Rice with Romano Chicken (P144.00)

The Rice with Romano Chicken is what I come to Sbarro for. I've been a huge fan ever since this came out. The rice has beans, chicken, and green peas in it. The Romano Chicken is made of chicken tenders with a tomato sauce, green and red bell pepper, and onion. It was slightly spicy and just as good as I remembered. I just wished it was served hot. By the way, this was the first time it was served in a big plate (in the past, they used the small plates, you know the ones for the Baked Ziti) and I cleaned it real good! LOL.

Baked Ziti (P174.00)

MR's Baked Ziti with White Sauce which he also wished was served hot! Thank goodness for the delicious garlic bread though.

Mushroom and Spinach Pizza (P110.00/slice)

SM's Spinach and Mushroom Pizza. My daughter loves Spinach. She loves Mushrooms. She loves Bread. She loves this! (Loved it more if it was served hot. )

Meat Delight Pizza (P110.00/slice) + Extra Cheese (P29.00)

Dad's Meat Delight Pizza with extra cheese. Again, another dish not served hot! 4 for 4! Great job Sbarro Guys!!! *insert sarcastic tone*

Raspberry Iced Tea + 1 free refill (P41.00)

Our drinks. Raspberry Iced Tea and Bottled Mineral Water (P21.00/bottle). The only things we were thankful to see served cold. LOL. If you order the Iced Tea, you get one refill for free. But at P41, it's like you're paying for 2 iced teas anyways.
