Dinner at Six Thirty turns ONE!!!

It's my blog's first birthday and I couldn't be happier! I started this blog a year ago with a post about me, a little introduction into my past and how I came to love cooking and most especially eating thanks to my parents. It was Thursday, the 11th of April 2011. The first recipe I featured was a Shrimp Bisque. Since then, I've written about restaurants and hotels I've visited and recipes I've experimented with. The past year has been a rollercoaster of highs and lows, especially with my recent life-changing move to France. One of my biggest adult-life challenge. The separation from my family has been very hard and I find it difficult to talk about it with the people around me here. My blog has become my comfort zone to air out my feelings. I've received many comments from readers that have helped me a lot. If I haven't thanked you already, let me say it again - THANK YOU!


I am having my first ever contest. I don't exactly know how to go about it honestly, but I will try my best - please bear with me!
