Something really exciting happened today. Can you guess what?! I've made up my mind and I think it's time for me to purchase a car. I've been toying with the idea in my head and have been looking at online sites but had no success. I want a small car, an automatic, not too expensive, and in good condition. And then a couple of days ago, I saw online a really really good offer. It's an automatic, it's not too expensive, it's in good condition, but it's not a small car (it's not huuggeee either). 3 positives versus 1 negative. So what happened today? We went to check out the car - to make up my mind before purchasing it. Fortunately, the car is really in good condition and I guess I'm most definitely gonna make an offer within the week. How exciting!
It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon and after our little road trip to check out the car, we weren't feeling like going home yet. Coincidentally, it was the 1st Marche de Paques / 1st Easter Market at the Centre Socio-Culturel in Morhange, which we were invited to check out by the owner of the Brasserie we had coffee at the other day (click here for the post).
The Centre Socio-Culturel was filled by local artisans selling chocolates, fruits, vegetables, meats, and many more. Local stores such as the appliance store and the butcher had tables with featured products. DO bought a dozen Herb Buttered Snails from the butcher, and chocolate eggs from a local chocolatier.
Chocolates from local artisans.
Fruits and Vegetables production.
Shoppers all curious to see the items displayed.
Here's a photo of the entrance of the Centre Socio-Culturel of Morhange. Many activities take place in this center. The last time I was here was for the Bol de Riz (click here).
