Pasta Roma
They wanted to bring back Rome with them and make us experience what they had. On their recent Rome trip, DO could not help but gush about the pasta dishes she had. Simple dishes with minimal ingredients, mais absolutement delicieux, she said. So tonight, we were in for a little trip to Rome.
The Papardelle pasta she brought back from Rome, but the rest we went to the supermarket to get this afternoon. We needed Cherry Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Mozzarella Cheese, and Basil Leaves. The Papardelle was cooked al dente, but the rest of the ingredients were uncooked and added to the hot pasta. It's nothing like I have ever tried before, as I've always favored my pasta with a sauce. But the freshness of the ingredients really made this dish delicious! And and and, isn't it such a pretty looking plate with the different colors? I think it is! :))))
