We decided to end our day in Marly, France. The annual Braderie was happening today and we wanted to check it out. A Braderie is a big street market / street fair.
We didn't really know where the braderie was happening, but since the city of Marly isn't too big, I figured we'd know once we got there.
As anticipated, we had to park far away, but we didn't mind walking the distance. It gave us the opportunity to look around the scenery. Look at this beautiful white swan.
After 10 minutes of walking, we finally arrived at the place. We walk around a bit more, but sadly we are disappointed. It's mostly clothes, shoes, and accessories. The cheap and flimsy kind too. For a shopaholic like me, I am a bit disappointed that there's nothing I want to buy.
Until I spot the only table that has some character. An Apache booth, with original and homemade products. Dream catchers, Apache clothes, necklaces, and bracelets. This was my only joy of the event.
With the rest, I get the feeling of "been there, done that".
An hour later and yeah, I think it's time to go home. It's not even night time, but I can't walk any longer - especially for this!
