Husband's Cooking: Fried Bulalo with Mushroom Gravy

Today's a special day. We're celebrating our wedding anniversary. Now I know why MR insisted we go out to the Japanese restaurant the other night (click here for the post). That was actually our pre-wedding anniversary celebration - just the two of us (except only he knew LOL). Because SO is back home, we are celebrating the three of us today, which is just as perfect. So when I got home, I was told that all I had to do was change into comfortable clothes and come to the garden. Dinner and flowers were taken care of MR, entertainment by SO. While everyone was busy doing their thing, I  laid down on the blanket we put in our garden for a minute. I looked up and saw the perfect shade of blue in the sky. Thank you Lord for all the blessings you have given me.......

Tonight's dinner table. Simple, like MR.

Thank you for the beautiful flowers! My faves! <3

And thank you for cooking dinner. Like a raw photo, this needed a little editing, but it was still delicious. I am not complaining! It's far from the raw fried fish I ate when MR cooked a meal for me for the first time! LOL!

Dinner is served: Fried Bulalo with Mushroom Gravy, Buttered Steamed Corn, and White Rice

It's a lot like Sizzling Pochero without the sizzling part :)
