I am a sucker for garlic, so I consider this pasta dish pretty amazing. While you only need spaghetti, garlic, and oil, you can also add a final touch like grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, or chili flakes.
Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water. Save a ladle of pasta water and drain the rest. Set aside the spaghetti.
In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Saute 3 sliced garlic, stir, and cook until the garlic turns pale blonde.
Add the pasta and the ladle of pasta water to the pan. Mix together.
