Ristorante Del Arte in Metz, France

Last month, I had a sudden craving for Spaghetti Bolognese. I knew it would be a while before I could make some at home, but I also knew I needed to eat some ASAP. I looked up restaurants online, for when I would eat out, which coincidentally turned out to be the next day. Ristorante Del Arte seemed like a clear choice. Not too far from my workplace, Italian, affordable, and I'd never been before.

The place quickly filled up for the lunch rush. The crowd consisted of a lot of working people.

Whenever I'm out alone for lunch, I usually get myself a cocktail. A stress reliever, I guess. Keeping in mind that this was still a workday, I ordered a Virgin Mojito.

For my starters, I ordered the Beef Carpaccio which was served with parmesan and black pepper.
We recently had Beef Carpaccio (click here for the post) and unfortunately Del Arte's Beef Carpaccio could not compare to Les Moulins Bleus. The raw meat was not as tasty and the parmesan cheese tasted like cardboard.

There it is, what I was craving for - Spaghetti alla Bolognese. And it definitely delivered.
Spaghetti Bolognese craving? Check! :)
